Davisville Village: A Central Location
If you’re looking to enter the real estate market in North Toronto, we recommend exploring Davisville Village. This active community offers access to the city, restaurants, and shops, all within walking distance to many of the homes.
Like many of its neighbouring communities, Davisville Village is surrounded by a number of highly-ranking public and private schools including St. Clement’s School and Upper Canada College.
The neighbourhood features great shopping and restaurants on both Mount Pleasant and Yonge Street. There are many parks throughout the area where young families can be found on nicer days sipping coffee, walking their dogs, or playing ultimate frisbee.
Access to the city is quick and straightforward via the TTC subway; both Eglinton Station and Davisville Station are within walking distance from most homes. The Don Valley Parkway is also just east of the neighbourhood.
Davisville Village offers a good choice of new, custom-built infill homes mixed with older, smaller houses, all in a central location. The homes here are smaller and more affordable than in other parts of North Toronto, and the area is a terrific option for first-time buyers. It’s a well-established neighbourhood where the value of a real estate investment can be counted on.
