Allenby real estate is highly sought-after, and it’s not that easy to come by, as the neighbourhood doesn’t see a lot of turnover in terms of real estate. Because the homes here are generally older, the overall prices tend to be a little lower than in some of the other North Toronto neighbourhoods.
