When you’re selling a house, the first question any real estate agent should be able to answer is “why sell with me?”
Every agent you talk to will respond differently. Your job is to find the agent with who you’d be most comfortable, and who best inspires your trust. But where does that trust come from? For some, it comes down to an elevator pitch. For me, it’s a process of making sure that you understand who I am and what I can offer you.
Just because I’m good at what I do does not mean that I am necessarily the right agent for you. That’s why my goal in any meeting with potential clients is to make sure that we both feel good about the fit. That being said, I have a lot to offer to sellers who choose to work with me.

Some people might say that simply having done something for a long time will lead people to think you’d be pretty good at it. I don’t agree. I think knowledge is proven through results. While other professionals may pass off longevity as experience, I say you have to look at their record over that time, especially when it comes to selling a house. I’m proud of my achievements. They prove my knowledge and dedication over time, and that I believe it’s not enough to “do it” – you have to grow with it.
