Penny’s 30 years of experience in luxury housing gives her an edge very few can match, when it comes to helping clients buy or sell properties. She is a brilliant and experienced negotiator with a proven track record of success. Penny began her career in real estate after earning a BFA from the University of Toronto, where she cultivated a strong sense of aesthetics and appreciation for Canadian artists. She brings a fine eye for detail and craftsmanship when appraising and marketing her listings. Consistently ranked among the top realtors in Toronto, Penny teamed up David Rose, and joined Bosley Real Estate in 1996. For the past 15 years, they have been the top producing team at Bosley, specializing in Rosedale, Yorkville and the Annex. She is proud to be merging and expanding with Adam Parsons in the formation of Partnership.

Penny is an avid jogger and a long-time resident of the Annex, so you may see her out for a run around that neighbourhood. Penny is also an avid cook, with a never-ending quest to find the perfect recipe.

Adam Parsons, Broker

Adam has been working in the real estate industry for the past 22 years, and is widely respected by both clients and colleagues for his vast experience and advanced negotiation skills. Adam has built four custom homes, and has been consistently ranked as a top producer in Central Toronto – recognized for his knowledge and hands-on approach.

Adam was the broker of record for Adam Parsons Real Estate for several years, and knows the ins and outs of the entire buying and selling process. He works tirelessly for his clients, and will go the extra mile to bring them success and satisfaction. He is proudly married to Sabrina Parsons, and is a devoted father to his two daughters, Sierra and Bianca. A former athlete, Adam attended the University of Notre Dame on scholarship and earned his BA in economics. He then went on to play professional hockey in Europe for several years, where he learned to speak Italian and German.

Jim Killoch, Sales Representative

Jim is affiliated with Partnership as a talented and experienced buying agent. A native of Toronto, Jim has an extensive background in marketing and selling luxury goods, and providing top quality customer service. He has worked in Toronto his entire life and understands the unique cultures, amenities and architecture that compose Toronto’s diverse tapestry of sub-communities. He is skilled in carefully identifying his clients’ wants and needs, and has the dedication and perseverance to make their objectives happen.

Overall, Jim projects a pleasant and positive nature, balanced with firm and assertive negotiation skills. He remains readily available and communicates directly with clients throughout the entire buying process. Jim’s other passions include travelling, reading, music and film.
