There’s a lot to be said for being calm and methodical, all of which is easier with the context of experience. The negotiating process includes a necessary back and forth, but there are ways to keep cool and to make sure you get the most out of the entire experience.

Signing a purchase agreement is not quite the end of the selling process. In fact, the purchase agreement will include a list of obligations and stipulations that you will now need to be on top of. Moving is never fun, but an orderly exit strategy will help make it a lot easier for you.
